NEAR JIM WARREN PARK IN FRANKLIN.
INITIAL SURVEY INDICATES DAMAGE CONSISTENT WITH EF0 DAMAGE. MORE
DETAILS AND A FINAL EF SCALE RATING ARE FORTHCOMING ONCE THE
