AS THE REMAINS OF THE TROPICAL SYSTEM...LEE...WORK SLOWLY
NORTHWARD ACROSS THE MID STATE THIS MORNING...GRADIENT WINDS OF 20
MPH WITH GUSTS TO 35 MPH WILL BE COMMONPLACE. WINDS OF THIS
MAGNITUDE COULD BLOW DOWN SHALLOW ROOTED TREES AND OTHER WEAK AND
GENERALLY SMALL STRUCTURES. THE WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO DECREASE
AFTER 8 AM THIS MORNING.
MOTORISTS...PARTICULARLY THOSE WITH HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES...SHOULD
EXERCISE CAUTION GIVEN THE HIGHER WIND SPEEDS.
