GROUND LIGHTNING. THESE STORMS ARE MOVING NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
RAINFALL RATES OF A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH PER HOUR WILL BE POSSIBLE
WITH THE HEAVIEST DOWNPOURS.
