INTERSTATE 40 WITH THE STRONGEST ACTIVITY IN EASTERN MIDDLE
TENNESSEE AND ALONG THE PLATEAU. LOOK FOR RAIN TO CONTINUE THROUGH
9 AM OVER THE NORTH HALF AS THE LEADING EDGE CONTINUES TO SINK
SOUTH. WIND GUSTS ALONG THE LEADING EDGE COULD REACH 35 MPH WITH
BRIEF HEAVY DOWNPOURS OF RAIN.
