RED RIVER NEAR PORT ROYAL AFFECTING MONTGOMERY AND ROBERTSON COUNTIES
.RAINFALL FROM WEDNESDAY NIGHT TO THURSDAY NIGHT IS EXPECTED TO ACCUMULATE UP
TO THREE INCHES OR MORE OVER NORTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE PARTICULARLY ACROSS
THE RED RIVER BASIN AREA.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT FLOODING IS POSSIBLE BUT NOT IMMINENT.
