THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
MAINLY ISOLATED TO SCATTERED SNOW SHOWERS ARE EXPECTED TO CONTINUE
THROUGH NOON TODAY. FOR LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40
AND ALONG AND WEST OF INTERSTATE 65...ACCUMULATIONS WILL RANGE FROM
A DUSTING TO UP AROUND ONE HALF OF AN INCH THROUGH NOON. OTHER
LOCATIONS ACROSS THE MID STATE WILL EXPERIENCE ISOLATED TO SCATTERED
SNOW SHOWERS THROUGH NOON ALSO...BUT LITTLE IF ANY ACCUMULATION IS
EXPECTED.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SUNDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
A STORM WILL PASS THROUGH THE MID STATE SUNDAY NIGHT AND MONDAY...
BRINGING WITH IT A MIX OF RAIN AND SNOW TO THE AREA...WITH LITTLE
ACCUMULATION EXPECTED. BY MID-WEEK HOWEVER...A MUCH STRONGER
WINTER STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE THROUGH...POSSIBLY PRODUCING
SIGNIFICANT SNOWFALL.

SPOTTERS AND LOCAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT OFFICIALS ARE ENCOURAGED
TO REPORT ANY SNOW ACCUMULATIONS TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE
