STATE TONIGHT...AS A COLD FRONT SWEEPS ACROSS THE AREA. WINDS OF
20 TO 30 MPH...WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 50 MPH...ARE EXPECTED...WHICH
COULD EASILY BREAK BRANCHES AND DOWN SHALLOW ROOTED TREES.
OTHERWISE...UNTIL THE FRONT PASSES...YOU CAN EXPECT LOCALLY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS TO CONTINUE OVER MUCH OF THE MID STATE. SOME AREAS WILL
LIKELY EXPERIENCE PONDING OF WATER...ESPECIALLY IN URBAN
