...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER
SOUTHERN WILSON AND NORTHERN RUTHERFORD COUNTY...
AT 728 PM, DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF STRONG
THUNDERSTORMS LOCATED AROUND WALTER HILL, LASCASSAS, AND MILTON,
AND EXTENDED NORTHWARD TO JUST ACROSS THE WILSON COUNTY LINE.
THESE STORMS ARE MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AROUND 15 MILES AN
HOUR, AND ARE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS OF 40 TO 50 MILES AN
HOUR, SMALL HAIL, FREQUENT LIGHTNING, AND TORRENTIAL RAINFALL.
BRIEF, MINOR FLOODING IS POSSIBLE WITH THESE STORMS.
