* THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 13.0 FEET TONIGHT...THEN SUBSIDE TOMORROW MORNING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 14.0 FEET.
* AT 14.0 FEET...WATER HAS INUNDATED MOST OF WINETTE AYERS PARK
* AT 9.0 FEET...WATER BEGINS TO INUNDATE WINETTE AYERS PARK
