RIVER AT 1 AM. THIS ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TOWARD THE
NORTH NORTHEAST AND WILL MAINLY EFFECT AREAS FROM WAVERLY THROUGH
DOVER THROUGH 3 AM. RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH WILL
BE POSSIBLE WHERE THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL OCCURS. ADDITIONALLY...THE
STRONGEST STORMS MAY PRODUCE SOME SMALL HAIL AND WIND GUSTS TO 30
MPH.
