TEMPERATURES IN LOW AREAS OF WEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE...THROUGH 8 AM
CDT THIS MORNING.
EVEN THOUGH WEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE IS NOT EXPECTED TO HAVE AS COLD
OF LOW TEMPERATURES AS THIS MORNING AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT...TEMPERATURES
