STORMS MAY EVEN BECOME STRONG, WITH FREQUENT LIGHTNING, VERY HEAVY
DOWNPOURS, GUSTY WINDS, AND SMALL HAIL. CELL MOVEMENT IS TOWARD
THE SOUTH AT 15 TO 20 MILES AN HOUR.
