AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE MOVING INTO THE
WESTERN COUNTIES OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE THIS MORNING AS A WARM FRONT
APPROACHES THE AREA. STORMS ARE EXPECTED TO REMAIN BELOW SEVERE
CRITERIA OVER MOST OF THE AREA TODAY...ALTHOUGH A FEW SEVERE
STORMS COULD CREEP INTO THE EXTREME SOUTHWEST COUNTIES. HOURLY
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE BETWEEN A FEW TENTHS OF AN INCH TO HALF
AN INCH...WITH HIGHER AMOUNTS UNDER THE HEAVIER STORMS. GENERAL
MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 35 MPH.
