ABUNDANT MOISTURE ACROSS THE REGION. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS
OF 1 INCH ARE EXPECTED TODAY WITH LOCALIZED AMOUNTS NEAR 2 INCHES.
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AREAS AND SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS WILL BE
POSSIBLE.
