AROUND MIDDLE TENNESSEE...ESPECIALLY IN THE NORTHERN COUNTIES.
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WILL BE POSSIBLE LATER THIS AFTERNOON...
ALONG WITH GUSTY WINDS AND FREQUENT LIGHTNING. EARLY AFTERNOON
RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL GENERALLY BE LESS THAN A QUARTER OF AN
INCH. HOWEVER...AS THE AFTERNOON PROGRESSES...HOURLY RAINFALL
AMOUNTS COULD EXCEED ONE INCH LOCALLY. STORM MOVEMENT IS TO THE
EAST AROUND 15 MPH.
