TO SPENCER LINE. STRONG WINDS WITH THESE STORMS WILL BE THE MAIN CONCERN.
ADDITIONALLY...A FEW OF THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING HEAVY RAINFALL...WHICH MAY CONTINUE TO LEAD TO MINOR
FLOODING OF URBAN AND LOWER-LYING LOCATIONS.
