.NOW...
AT 435 AM...AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS HAD MOVED INTO
WESTERN MIDDLE TN. THIS ACTIVITY EXTENDED WESTWARD THROUGH WESTERN
TN. THE HEAVIEST RAINFALL WAS OCCURRING FROM LOBELVILLE TO JUST
NORTH OF CENTERVILLE. THIS ACTIVITY WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE TO THE
EAST AT AROUND 35 MPH AND WILL REACH CENTERVILLE AROUND 450
AM...AND THEN FRANKLIN AND COLUMBIA BETWEEN 5 AND 6 AM. RAINFALL
AMOUNTS OF 1 TO 2 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH THE STRONGEST
THUNDERSTORMS.
IF ENCOUNTERING THE HEAVY DOWNPOURS...MOTORISTS SHOULD SLOW DOWN
AS THE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS WILL COMBINE WITH LOWER
VISIBILITIES TO MAKE FOR DIFFICULT DRIVING CONDITIONS.
