A LOBELVILLE...TO CENTERVILLE...TO CHAPEL HILL LINE...AND THEN MOVE
SOUTH OF THE TENNESSEE...ALABAMA BORDER...BY 10 AM.
LOCATIONS EXPERIENCING RAINFALL WILL HAVE HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF
BETWEEN ONE TENTH TO AROUND ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH. HOWEVER...IN THE
VICINITY OF THE STRONGER SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS...HOURLY RAINFALL
AMOUNTS COULD RANGE BETWEEN ONE HALF TO AROUND ONE INCH AN
HOUR...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER AMOUNTS POSSIBLE...WHICH MAY CAUSE
PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS AND IN LOW LYING...POORLY
DRAINED...AREAS.
