ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED TO BE AN INCH OR LESS IN MOST AREAS...
EXCEPT ALONG THE NORTHERN CUMBERLAND PLATEAU...WHERE ONE TO TWO
INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE.
