SNOWFALL IS EXPECTED ACROSS THE MID STATE. HAZARDOUS TRAVEL
CONDITIONS WILL DEVELOP WITH VERY COLD TEMPERATURES AND GUSTY
WINDS. SOME SNOW SHOWERS WILL LINGER FRIDAY AND INTO SATURDAY
