PORTIONS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE INTO THE EARLY MORNING. THROUGH 100
AM, THE RAIN WILL AFFECT AREAS MAINLY TO THE EAST AND SOUTH OF
NASHVILLE, WITH MOVEMENT TOWARD THE EAST AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR.
HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL AVERAGE ONE TENTH TO ONE HALF INCH,
WITH A FEW PLACES ALONG AND JUST WEST OF THE UPPER PLATEAU
RECEIVING UP TO ONE INCH OF RAIN PER HOUR.
