EAST OF THE TENNESSEE RIVER TO UP TO TWO INCHES ACROSS ISOLATED
LOCATIONS ALONG AND NORTH OF CROSSVILLE IN THE NORTHERN
CUMBERLAND PLATEAU REGION.
