* WINDS: NORTHWEST WINDS WINCREASING TO NEAR 25 MPH WITH GUSTS TO

* IMPACTS: THE STRONG WINDS CAN MAKE DRIVING DIFFICULT. DRIVERS
OF HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES SHOULD USE EXTRA CAUTION. ALSO...
