* TIMING: DURING THE EARLY MORNING HOURS...ESPECIALLY AROUND
SUNRISE.
* VISIBILITY: LESS THAN ONE MILE...AND OCCASIONALLY ONE QUARTER
MILE OR LESS.
* IMPACTS:THE FOG MAY FORM A THIN LAYER OF ICE ON SURFACES...
INCLUDING ROADS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN CLEARED OF SNOW AND ICE.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A FREEZING FOG ADVISORY IS ISSUED WHEN THE COMBINATION OF
SUBFREEZING TEMPERATURES AND FOG MAY CREATE ICE. TRAVELERS
SHOULD BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS ON BRIDGES AND OVERPASSES
AS WELL AS SECONDARY ROADS THAT REMAINED SNOW COVERED AND ICY.
