WARMING ELSEWHERE...
AT 100 AM, TEMPERATURES ALONG THE UPPER PLATEAU REMAINED AT OR
BELOW FREEZING. LOCATIONS SUCH AS CROSSVILLE, JAMESTOWN, AND
BYRDSTOWN CONTINUED TO EXPERIENCE FREEZING RAIN. ROADS IN THESE
LOCATIONS, ESPECIALLY COUNTY ROADS, REMAIN ICY. TEMPERATURES IN
OTHER LOCATIONS, SUCH AS LIVINGSTON, COOKEVILLE, CELINA, AND
MCMINNVILLE, HAVE RISEN ABOVE FREEZING. EVEN THOUGH SOME ROADS
THERE REMAIN ICY, THE INFLUX OF WARMER AIR WILL GRADUALLY
IMPROVE THE ICY CONDITIONS AND SHOULD MAKE ROADS PASSABLE IN A FEW
