LOOK FOR A WINTRY MIX OF SNOW...SLEET...AND FREEZING RAIN TO DEVELOP
DURING THE DAY AS A WARM FRONT MOVES NORTHEASTWARD TOWARD MIDDLE
TENNESSEE. DAYTIME ACCUMULATIONS WILL BE GENERALLY LIGHT.
HOWEVER, CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED TO WORSEN LATE TODAY AND TONIGHT...
AS PRECIPITATION INTENSITY INCREASES...AND SIGNIFICANT
ACCUMULATIONS OF FREEZING RAIN OCCUR. DANGEROUS ICE ACCUMULATIONS
OF BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH ARE EXPECTED. TEMPERATURES
ARE FORECAST TO WARM AFTER MIDNIGHT AND CHANGE THE PRECIPITATION
TO ALL RAIN.
