STORM WARNING FOR SIGNIFICANT ICE ACCUMULATIONS...WHICH IS IN
EFFECT FROM NOON WEDNESDAY TO 6 AM CST THURSDAY.

* GEOGRAPHIC AREA: TENNESSEE COUNTIES FENTRESS...PICKETT...
  OVERTON...CLAY...JACKSON AND MACON COUNTIES IN THE NORTHERN
  CUMBERLAND PLATEAU AND HIGHLAND RIM.

* TIMING: LIGHT SNOW WILL BEGIN ACROSS MUCH OF THE WARNING AREA ON
  WEDNESDAY MORNING. PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY SWITCH OVER TO A
  MIX OF SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN DURING THE AFTERNOON. THIS
  MIXTURE WILL CONTINUE THROUGH NIGHT.

* ACCUMULATIONS: ONLY LIGHT SNOW ACCUMULATIONS ARE EXPECTED. TOTAL
  ICE ACCUMULATIONS UP TO AND EVEN EXCEEDING ONE QUARTER OF AN

  MORNING... AND WILL INCREASE IN INTENSITY DURING THE DAY. AS
  TEMPERATURES WARM WEDNESDAY EVENING... PRECIPITATION WILL
  GRADUALLY SWITCH OVER TO LIGHT RAIN.

* ACCUMULATIONS: MINOR AMOUNTS OF SNOW CAN BE EXPECTED WEDNESDAY
  MORNING. MEANWHILE... TOTAL ICE ACCUMULATIONS THROUGH WEDNESDAY
  EVENING WILL RUN AROUND ONE TO TWO TENTHS OF AN INCH.

* IMPACTS: SLEET AND FREEZING RAIN... IN PARTICULAR... WILL
  QUICKLY CONTRIBUTE TO TREACHEROUS DRIVING CONDITIONS BEGINNING
  WEDNESDAY MORNING... AND WILL BECOME WORSE DURING THE
