STORMS COULD BECOME SEVERE TODAY...AND PRODUCE DAMAGING WINDS AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL. HOURLY RAINFALL AMOUNTS WILL BE BETWEEN A
FEW HUNDREDTHS OF AN INCH TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH...WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS. MOVEMENT IS TO THE NORTHEAST AROUND 15 MPH.
