...SIGNIFICANT WEATHER ADVISORY FOR CLAY AND OVERTON COUNTIES...
AT 954 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR WAS TRACKING
A CLUSTER OF STRONG THUNDERSTORMS ACROSS EASTERN PORTIONS OF CLAY
COUNTY...MAINLY ALONG AND EAST OF STATE ROUTE 53. THESE THUNDERSTORMS
WERE MOVING EAST AT AROUND 15 MPH.
WINDS AROUND 50 MPH ARE EXPECTED WITH THESE STORMS...ALONG WITH
BRIEF HEAVY RAINFALL...AND FREQUENT CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING
STRIKES.
