STRONG WINDS...BRIEFLY GUSTING TO BETWEEN 40 AND 50 MPH. WINDS
THIS STRONG CAN EASILY BREAK BRANCHES FROM TREES AND...POSSIBLY...
DOWN SHALLOW ROOTED TREES.
