* AT 142 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A
SEVERE THUNDERSTORM. THIS STORM WAS LOCATED 14 MILES SOUTHWEST OF
LIVINGSTON...OR 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GAINESBORO...AND MOVING
NORTHEAST AT 30 MPH.
* THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WILL BE NEAR...
LIVINGSTON BY 205 PM CDT...
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
IN ADDITION TO LARGE HAIL AND DAMAGING WINDS...CONTINUOUS CLOUD TO
