...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS APPROACHING THE TENNESSEE RIVER...
A SQUALL LINE WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE EASTWARD THROUGH WESTERN
TENNESSEE AND REACH BENTON COUNTY AND THE KENTUCKY LAKE AREA
BY 6 AM CDT. THUNDERSTORMS ALONG THE SQUALL LINE HAS GENERALLY
DECREASED IN STRENGTH DURING THE LAST HOUR...AND LIGHTNING
ACTIVITY HAS ALSO DIMINISHED...HOWEVER A FEW STORMS ARE STILL
CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH.
BOATERS AND CAMPERS ALONG THE TENNESSEE RIVER NEED TO BE AWARE
OF THE APPROACHING STORMS AND SEEK SHELTER.
