THE FOLLOWING RIVERS IN MIDDLE TENNESSEE...
DUCK RIVER AT SHELBYVILLE AFFECTING BEDFORD COUNTY
SHOAL CREEK NEAR IRON CITY AFFECTING LAWRENCE COUNTY AND LAUDERDALE COUNTY IN ALABAMA
HARPETH RIVER AT BELLEVUE AFFECTING DAVIDSON AND WILLIAMSON COUNTIES
WARTRACE CREEK NEAR WARTRACE AFFECTING BEDFORD COUNTY
.RAINFALL YESTERDAY OF 3 TO AS MUCH AS 7 INCHES IN SOME AREAS HAS CAUSED RIVERS
AND STREAMS TO RISE OUT OF THEIR BANKS. ADDITIONAL RAINFALL THIS WEEKEND WILL KEEP
RIVER LEVELS HIGH...AND MAY LEAD TO FURTHER RISES.

* AT 28.0 FEET...THE PICNIC AREA IN FISHERMANS PARK BEGINS TO FLOOD. OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ALONG THE DUCK RIVER BECOME INUNDATED AS WELL.

* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL RISE TO NEAR 19.0 FEET TOMORROW EARLY AFTERNOON
* AT 20.0 FEET...FLOODING OF THE KINGSTON SPRINGS CITY PARK BEGINS AND WATER
APPROACHES PINNACLE HILL ROAD AND EAST KINGSTONS SPRINGS ROAD. SEVERAL
SECONDARY ROADS NEAR THE RIVER BECOME IMPASSABLE.
* AT 18.0 FEET...LOW LYING AREAS OF THE NARROWS OF THE HARPETH STATE PARK BECOME
INUNDATED.
* AT 16.0 FEET...LOW LYING AGRICULTURAL LAND AND BOTTOM LAND ADJACENT TO THE
RIVER BEGINS TO BE INUNDATED.
