INDICATE A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING PENNY SIZE
HAIL...AND DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 60 MPH. THIS STORM WAS
LOCATED OVER EXTREME SOUTH CENTRAL WAYNE COUNTY...OR 20 MILES SOUTH
OF WAYNESBORO...MOVING EAST AT 30 MPH.
