A TORNADO WATCH IS IN EFFECT FOR MOST OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE UNTIL 11
PM. A COLD FRONT MOVING THROUGH WAS BRINGING A LINE OF INTENSE
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO MIDDLE TENNESSEE. SOME OF THESE
STORMS HAVE A HISTORY OF PRODUCING LARGE HAIL AND FUNNEL CLOUDS.
THE LINE OF STORMS WAS MOVING THROUGH THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU AT
30 MPH...HOWEVER THE STORMS WITHIN THE LINE ARE MOVING NORTHEAST
AT 40 MPH. SEEK SHELTER IF STORMS APPROACH AND MONITOR NOAA
WEATHER RADIO OR OTHER LOCAL MEDIA FOR ANY WARNINGS THAT MAY
ISSUED.
