STORMS HAVE MOVED EAST OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU INTO EAST
TENNESSEE. EXPECT THE RAINFALL TO DIMINISH OVER THE NEXT FEW
HOURS...BUT THE CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE OVERNIGHT.
SOME THUNDERSTORMS MAY HAVE GUSTY WINDS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND
LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL.
