...ODD WEATHER PATTERN PREVENTS USUAL WARM UP...

THE TEMPERATURE IN NASHVILLE THUS FAR IS AVERAGING 2 DEGREES BELOW
NORMAL FOR JULY OF 2009. FROM JULY 1ST THROUGH JULY 12TH...THE
TEMPERATURE HAS ONLY REACHED THE 90 DEGREE MARK IN NASHVILLE
TWICE. THE LAST TIME WE HAD THIS FEW OF 90 DEGREE DAYS IN THE
FIRST 12 DAYS OF JULY WAS BACK IN 1979. IN JULY 1979...THE
TEMPERATURE AVERAGED 2 DEGREES BELOW NORMAL WITH ONLY 6 DAYS OF 90
DEGREE HEAT FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH.

HOWEVER...ON TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY WE WILL SEE AFTERNOON HIGHS A LITTLE
MORE SEASONAL AND IN THE LOWER 90S...BEFORE TEMPS COOL DOWN AGAIN
BEGINNING ON THURSDAY...WITH HIGHS IN THE MIDDLE 80S CONTINUING
THROUGH THE WEEKEND.
