NORTHERN WAYNE COUNTY...
AT 446 PM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
INDICATE A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING FLASH FLOODING OVER THE WARNED
AREA. THERE HAS BEEN SOME WEAKENING IN THIS ACTIVITY ACROSS NORTHERN
WAYNE COUNTY DURING THE LAST HOUR.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...COUNTRY ROADS...AS WELL AS FARMLAND ALONG THE
