...HEAVY RAINFALL AND FLOODING IS POSSIBLE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH
TUESDAY EVENING...
.A COLD FRONT...WHICH MOVED THROUGH THE MID STATE LAST NIGHT...IS
EXPECTED TO STALL TO OUR SOUTH. AS UPPER LEVEL ENERGY BEGINS TO
DIG ACROSS OUR NATIONS INTERIOR...CYCLOGENESIS IS EXPECTED ALONG
THE STALLED FRONTAL BOUNDARY. A SERIES OF STRONG SURFACE LOWS WILL
THEN MOVE ALONG THE FRONT WHICH WILL MOVE BACK TO THE NORTH
ACROSS THE MID STATE BY TUESDAY. AS A RESULT...AN EXTENDED PERIOD
OF HEAVY RAINFALL IS EXPECTED LATE TONIGHT AND THROUGH THE DAY ON
