SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS EASTERN
MIDDLE TENNESSEE THROUGH THE EVENING. THESE STORMS WILL PUSH
SOUTHWARD OVER THE AREA OVER THE NEXT COUPLE OF HOURS. ANOTHER
LINE OF STRONG TO SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS WILL ENTER THE AREA FROM
THE NORTHWEST BEHIND THE CURRENT STORMS...BRINGING DAMAGING WINDS
IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH. HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE WITH
THIS SYSTEM...WITH LOCALLY HEAVY TOTALS OVER AN INCH AND A HALF.

PART OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE. DAMAGING WINDS IN EXCESS OF 70 MPH HAVE
BEEN REPORTED WITH THIS SYSTEM...AND HAVE BLOWN A ROOF OFF OF A
BUILDING IN DOVER. FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND HEAVY RAINFALL WILL ALSO
ACCOMPANY THIS SYSTEM...WITH AVERAGE RAINFALL AMOUNTS BETWEEN ONE
QUARTER INCH TO THREE QUARTERS OF AN INCH. HEAVIER RAINFALL
AMOUNTS WILL ALSO BE POSSIBLE...UP TO ONE AND A HALF INCHES IN SOME
LOCATIONS. THE LINE IS MOVING SOUTHEAST AT 40 MPH.
