THROUGH 4 PM...A LINE OF SCATTERED LIGHT RAIN SHOWERS WILL MOVE
INTO THE WESTERN COUNTIES OF THE MID STATE. MOST OF THE ACTIVITY
WILL BE LOCATED NEAR AND NORTH OF INTERSTATE 40. THE SCATTERED
LOCATIONS THAT RECEIVE RAIN WILL ONLY RECEIVE A FEW HUNDREDS OF
AN INCH OR LESS OF RAINFALL. PRECIPITATION WILL GRADUALLY MOVE
EASTWARD AROUND 15 MPH.
A COLD FRONT IS CURRENTLY LOCATED OVER EASTERN ARKANSAS. AS THE
COLD FRONT APPROACHES THE MID STATE PRECIPITATION ALONG AND OUT
AHEAD OF THIS FRONTAL BOUNDARY WILL ENTER THE WESTERN COUNTIES A
LITTLE BEFORE MIDNIGHT. BY FRIDAY AFTERNOON THE COLD FRONT WILL
PUSH EAST OF THE MID STATE.
