WATCH 116 IS BEING REPLACED WITH A NEW SEVERE WEATHER WATCH 118.
STRONGER FORCING/DESTABILIZATION ON THE SOUTHERN FRINGE OF THE JET
EXIT REGION NOW SHIFTING THROUGH THE LOWER OHIO/TENNESSEE VALLEYS
WILL OVERSPREAD MUCH OF NORTHERN ALABAMA/NORTHWEST GEORGIA BETWEEN
NOW AND 15-16Z. THIS CONTINUES TO BE ACCOMPANIED BY FAIRLY VIGOROUS
CONVECTIVE DEVELOPMENT. THOUGH ACTIVITY HAS SHOWN SIGNS OF
