TO DEVELOP ACROSS SOUTH CENTRAL PARTS OF KENTUCKY AND NORTHEAST
PARTS OF MIDDLE TENNESSEE. THESE SHOWERS AND STORMS WILL BE MOVING
SOUTHEAST AT 30 MPH...AND MAINLY AFFECT THE NORTHEAST CUMBERLAND
PLATEAU COUNTIES. SPOTTY AREAS COULD MEASURE UP TO 1/10 INCH OF
RAINFALL PER HOUR WITH THE ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS.
