CONTINUES.
THE NEED FOR AN ADDITIONAL WW IS NOT ANTICIPATED AT 03Z EXPIRATION.
NUMEROUS STRONG/SEVERE STORM CELLS ARE ONGOING...MOST CONCENTRATED
WITHIN AREA OF STRONGER MID-LEVEL FORCING FOR UPWARD VERTICAL MOTION
NOW SPREADING ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN PENNSYLVANIA/WEST VIRGINIA. THIS
FORCING IS PROGGED TO SPREAD EAST OF THE ALLEGHENY MOUNTAINS BY
02-03Z. AND...COUPLED WITH CONTINUED BOUNDARY LAYER COOLING...THE
SEVERE THREAT SHOULD DIMINISH TO THE WEST OF THE HIGHER TERRAIN.
UNTIL THEN THOUGH...LARGE HAIL/DAMAGING WIND GUSTS WILL REMAIN
POSSIBLE IN MOST STORMS...IN THE PRESENCE OF LINGERING BOUNDARY
LAYER INSTABILITY AND STRONG DEEP LAYER SHEAR BENEATH 50 KT WESTERLY
