...DENSE FOG ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING...
THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NASHVILLE HAS ISSUED A DENSE FOG
ADVISORY...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 8 AM CDT THIS MORNING.
AREAS OF FOG HAVE DEVELOPED ACROSS MIDDLE TENNESSEE EARLY THIS
MORNING. THIS FOG DEVELOPMENT IS DUE TO MOISTURE FROM RECENT
RAINFALL...ALONG WITH CLEAR AND CALM CONDITIONS. THE FOG WILL
CONTINUE TO DEVELOP THROUGH SUNRISE...WITH VISIBILITY DROPPING
BELOW ONE QUARTER MILE IN MANY LOCATIONS.
THE BRIGHT JUNE SUNSHINE SHOULD HELP BURN OFF MOST OF THE FOG

A DENSE FOG ADVISORY MEANS VISIBILITIES WILL FREQUENTLY BE
REDUCED TO LESS THAN ONE QUARTER MILE. IF DRIVING...SLOW DOWN...
USE YOUR HEADLIGHTS...AND LEAVE PLENTY OF DISTANCE AHEAD OF YOU.
