AFTERNOON AS A COLD FRONT PUSHES THROUGH THE MID STATE. SOME OF
THE STORMS MAY BE QUITE STRONG, PRODUCING GUSTY WINDS AND VERY
HEAVY RAINFALL. THE CELLS ARE MOVING TOWARD THE SOUTHEAST AROUND
20 MILES AN HOUR.
