AT 847 PM, A BAND OF SHOWERS WAS MOVING THROUGH AREAS EAST OF
NASHVILLE AND INTERSTATE 65. A THIN LINE OF EMBEDDED STORMS WAS
LOCATED ALONG A LINE STRETCHING FROM RED BOILING SPRINGS, TO
GORDONSVILLE, TO WOODBURY, TO TULLAHOMA. THESE STORMS ARE CAPABLE
OF PRODUCING VERY HEAVY RAINFALL, GUSTY WINDS, AND OCCASIONAL
LIGHTNING. INDIVIDUAL STORM MOVEMENT IS TOWARD THE NORTHEAST
AROUND 40 MILES AN HOUR.
IN ADDITION, WINDS WILL REMAIN FROM THE SOUTH OR SOUTHWEST AT 15
TO 25 MILES AN HOUR, WITH OCCASIONAL HIGHER GUSTS, ALTHOUGH WINDS
WILL BE SOMEWHAT DIMINISHED IN RAIN AREAS.
