.EARLY MORNING REPORTS FROM THE PLATEAU INDICATED WIDESPREAD 1 TO
2 INCH SNOWFALL AMOUNTS. A FEW SPOTS IN PUTNAM AND FENTRESS
COUNTIES HAD 2 TO 3 INCHES.
COLD AIR AND LINGERING MOISTURE WILL CONTINUE TO PRODUCE SNOW
SHOWERS THIS MORNING. AN ADDITIONAL INCH OF SNOW MAY FALL IN SOME
AREAS. WITH TEMPERATURES EXPECTED TO REMAIN WELL BELOW FREEZING...
ROADS WILL REMAIN SNOW COVERED AND HAZARDOUS. CONDITIONS WILL
IMPROVE DURING THE AFTERNOON.

CUMBERLAND PLATEAU.
SNOW SHOWERS MAY PRODUCE UP TO 1 INCH OF ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION
THROUGH THE MORNING. THIS WILL BRING TOTALS INTO THE 1 TO 3 INCH
RANGE MOST OF THE AREA...WITH LOCALIZED 4 INCH AMOUNTS IN THE
HIGHER ELEVATIONS. TEMPERATURES WILL REMAIN WELL BELOW
FREEZING...KEEPING SOME ROADS SNOW COVERED AND ICY. SNOW SHOWERS
WILL TAPER OFF TO FLURRIES IN THE AFTERNOON.
A SNOW ADVISORY MEANS THAT PERIODS OF SNOW WILL CAUSE PRIMARILY
TRAVEL DIFFICULTIES. BE PREPARED FOR SNOW COVERED ROADS AND
