SOUTHERN COUNTIES OF THE MID STATE. THIS ACTIVITY IS ASSOCIATED
WITH A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM MOVING THROUGH THE GULF COAST STATES.
PRECIPITATION IS MOVING EAST AT AROUND 20 MPH. MOST RAINFALL RATES
WILL BE LESS THAN ONE TENTH OF AN INCH PER HOUR. RAINFALL WILL
LIKELY CONTINUE TO TAPER OFF THIS EVENING.
