THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR MIDDLE TENNESSEE.
.DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT
HIGH WATER LEVELS AND MINOR FLOODING WILL CONTINUE ALONG PARTS OF
THE TENNESSEE RIVER.
THUNDERSTORMS WILL DEVELOP OVERNIGHT AS A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NEARS
MIDDLE TENNESSEE. SOME OF THE STORMS MAY BECOME STRONG, ESPECIALLY
IN NORTHWEST MIDDLE TENNESSEE, AROUND CLARKSVILLE, DOVER, AND
WAVERLY.
.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...WEDNESDAY THROUGH MONDAY
WATER LEVELS WILL REMAIN HIGH ALONG PARTS OF THE TENNESSEE RIVER
AT LEAST THROUGH THE MIDDLE OF THE WEEK.
SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS ARE IN THE FORECAST FOR TUESDAY NIGHT
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT AS SEVERAL DISTURBANCES MOVE ACROSS THE
REGION. STRONG TO SEVERE STORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AT TIMES,
ESPECIALLY ON THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT, WITH THE GREATEST RISK
OCCURRING IN AREAS WEST OF THE CUMBERLAND PLATEAU, THEN FOR ALL OF
MIDDLE TENNESSEE FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT.

SPOTTER AND EMERGENCY MANAGER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED FROM THURSDAY
THROUGH FRIDAY NIGHT.
